Friendsgiving

...is my absolute favorite holiday.  I love my friends.  I love the food they cook.  I love watching the kids run around like kids should.  I love the lack of stress and pressure and just relaxing and eating and catching up with my friends who I don't get to see nearly enough.

This year, Friendsgiving was at the Wheatley's again.  We invited 12 families for a total of 52 people.  It was like a mini ward party and I finally got to talk to some of the new people in the ward that I haven't gotten to know every well yet so I loved that.  I also loved that we all fit comfortably in Becky's kitchen.  Because normal people have kitchens big enough to fit 52 people, no problem.  I also loved that as people slowly left that night, all my favorites were left to talk and chat to the wee-hour of 10 before I finally decided I should get my kids in bed.

Filled my cup for the year, even if I did burn the stuffing.

Zora found a piece of cake and stole it from someone else's plate then waltzed into the kitchen with it in her hand and her face covered in chocolate like no big deal.
