I called our insurance company today to ask a simple question: what is the best way to give you our medical records? After talking to three different people in three different departments and waiting on hold for what felt like hours, I lean over to Rex, while on hold again, and whisper, "These people are morons." To which he responded, "Let's go over to their house and shank their heads off." And Rex has the shank to prove it. I laughed. Yep, I'm a good mom.
Rex seems so sweet until he says things like that! I can't believe you still can't get the medical records. Is there not a medical records department? I've never had trouble getting mine. I hope you can figure it out before Rex gets to them Haha LOL!
